50ml Code Zero Vodka 50ml Gordon’s Gin 50ml Tequila 50ml Rum 50ml Triple Sec 50-100ml Fresh lime juice Ice 500ml Cola 2 Limes cut into wedges
STEP 1 Pour the vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec into a large (1.5l) jug, and add lime juice to taste. Half fill the jug with ice, then stir until the outside feels cold.
STEP 2 Add the cola then stir to combine. Drop in the lime wedges.
STEP 3 Fill 4 tall glasses with more ice cubes and pour in the iced tea.
Hand brake Apple Prosecco punch
400ml Cloudy apple juice 200ml Storm Jib Vodka juice 2 Lemons 750ml Prosecco Ice 1 Green Apple , cored and finely sliced 1 Lemon, sliced
STEP 1 Pour the apple juice, vodka and lemon juice into a punch bowl and chill for 1-2 hrs.
STEP 2 When you’re ready to serve add the Prosecco, ice and apple and lemon slices to garnish.
The Spotty Expresso Coffee
15ml Sherry 1 tsp sugar syrup, or to taste 30ml hot espresso 5-6 ice cubes
For the coffee vodka
10g coffee beans, plus 3 extra beans to garnish 40ml Code Zero Vodka
STEP 1 First, make the coffee vodka. Put the coffee beans in a small glass or jug, then top up with the Code Zero Vodka Cover and leave to steep at room temperature overnight. The next day, strain into a jug, discarding the coffee beans.
STEP 2 Pour the coffee vodka into a large cocktail shaker, ideally a Boston-style one. Add the sherry, syrup and espresso.
STEP 3 Add the ice, then immediately put the shaker together and shake very hard and fast until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. Open to check the drink – it should be really foamy. If not, continue shaking and check again (see tip, below).
STEP 4 Double-strain the cocktail (do this by pouring it through a strainer or the built-in strainer, and through a fine sieve) into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with the extra coffee beans to serve, if you like.
